Mill Manager
Reports directly to the Vice President Of Operations.  The Mill Manager
 is responsible for organizing workflow and managing the employees in
Keiver-Willard's millwork facility.  The Mill Manager is also
responsible for development and implementation of systems to
help improve efficiency.

Requirements
Proficient computer skills (word, excel, office)
5 years minimum experience with Moulders, Planers & Ripsaws
A basic understanding of Hardwood Lumber
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in C.A.D.
Knowledge of building and construction
The ability to adapt to a changing environment
