Outside Sales - South Shore Massachusetts & NH/VT

Job Description

This outside sales position will report directly to the sales manager.  The candidate will be responsible for executing all sales activities related to the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products to current and potential new account

• Establish and maintain potential new account relationships

• Perform as a relationship manager and take a consultative approach to selling

• Prepare action plans and schedules for face to face sales calls, keeping management informed by submitting activity reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel & Office)

• Must be a hard worker, self motivated

• Maintain a positive and aggressive attitude

• Have the ability to work independently

• 1-3 years sales experience

• A basic understanding of hardwood lumber and a desire to learn

• A polished professional image

• Significant local travel

• Reliable personal vehicle, a valid state driver's license and auto insurance
