This moulding book was created to assist you in finding the best profile to fit your customers needs and to show the variety of mouldings we can produce. We have done as much as possible to ensure that all diagrams in this book are accurate and to scale. However, it is recommended that all moulding orders be confirmed with a CAD drawing and/or plastic sample when absolute accuracy is required. Keiver-Willard will gladly provide you with either of these at no charge. Our goal is to guarantee you and your customers get the exact profile requested.

The extensive selection of custom profiles in this catalog should make finding the perfect moulding or moulding combination easy. Many of the profiles you may already be acquainted with are represented, along with hundreds of others. Top architects, designers and builders designed these profiles over many years.

At Keiver-Willard we have maintained the tooling including knives, templates and drawings for all of these profiles. You can now order the finest of mouldings without the need to pay additional design and tooling charges by simply specifying existing Keiver-Willard profiles.

If the moulding you desire is not found in our catalog, we can work off simple drawings, blueprints or samples to create or recreate the exact profile you need. If you have access to a CAD program you may create you own design and e-mail it to your sales representative and we will machine the necessary tooling directly from your diagram. Our state-of -the-art moulders produce a fine finish on hardwood mouldings up to 12" wide. Specify Keiver-Willard for all your profiles if you are looking for the best quality and value.

Please take some time to familiarize yourself with each section of this book. Many profiles are listed as a specific type of moulding but can be used for many other applications. For example, some of the bases are perfectly suitable to be used as casings.

Our mouldings are produced on an order by order basis. Price is largely reflective of quantity and will vary according to specie and other specifications. All of the hardwood lumber used in our mouldings is graded by NHLA (National Hardwood Lumber Association) rules. To avoid problems and misunderstandings it is critical that all expectations regarding the clarity, color, finish and length be thoroughly discussed with your Keiver-Willard sales representative at the time of the initial quotation. It should also be assumed that all profiles require some sanding prior to finish to truly bring out the beauty and quality of any moulding.
